The six Shiba Inu puppies you'll see were written about on time.com, and the piece currently ranks as the second most e-mailed article. The author includes an AKC description of Shiba Inus: they have "an independent nature and can be reserved toward strangers." Being well acquainted with a Shiba Inu myself, I can say that this description fits the breed to a T.
Though you can't pet these Shiba Inus through the webcam, take some consolation in the fact that it can be pretty difficult to pet one in real life too. They're speedy little devils.
